Software Development Methodologies

Different people work best with different software development methodologies, however one axiom always holds true - the more lightweight the process, the more likely people will buy into it. When people feel vested in the development methodology, success is closer at hand.
If you are developing software and are unsure which software development methodology to use, contact Jeff Phillips for consulting advice. You will be glad you did!

Systems Integration

Whether the broadcast media type is via satellite, cable, IPTV, or digital terrestrial signals, the E2E infrastructure in the head-end is largely similar. Data goes from the head-end to the set top box, and if advanced services are provided it goes both ways. You need an external listings server which inputs into your program guide data base, and you need media, video and content servers to input the transport streams. If you need consulting advice on developing set top boxes with advanced features, contact Jeff Phillips at TransformTec.
